My name is Emily and I have one simple goal.
I was going to lose 30 pounds by the time I graduated from college. I was well on-track to do it until I started working full-time and gained everything back. NOW, I'm getting back on track and want to lose all that weight by the summer (June 21, 2013)!
My family has a history of diabetes so it's important that I start building better life choices while I'm still young. I'm doin this the healthy way! No crash or fad dieting and no starving myself! So as you can see, it has been a very slow process for me with ups and downs. But even with the downs, there have been a lot more ups! The longer it takes to lose weight, the more realistic it is to keep that weight off! I'm making LIFESTYLE changes, NOT short-term gains.
